DIY Bike Lanes a hit at the Venice Biennale
DIY bike lanes get the Architectural Biennale treatment in Venice with Spontaneous Interventions Exhibition
now on public view.
New York Times review:
http://www.nytimes.com/2012/09/12/arts/design/13th-venice-architecture-biennale-the-usual-hagiography.html?smid=tw-share
"It suggests that cities and architects still have a ways to go to catch up with an increasingly restless public’s appetite for better design and better living. And that the public isn’t waiting."

— via Terra Eco
