Astral Media vs Bike Parking: Street Artists Fight Back!
Astral Media install an 'Info Pillar' and remove five bike parking spots in just one location... the rest is some pretty compelling street art. An article about the intervention via Torontoist http://torontoist.com/2012/04/spotted-ghost-bike-posts/
I would love to see this on the east side of John between Queen and Richmond where 9 ring & posts are now cut off. CTV (who happens to now own Astral Media) doesn't want info booths on the street and it would seem they don't want bikes either, but there are many bike locked to small trees, which could get damaged!
